Council #1621 Blog * Written by dkinker
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday October 15 at the Faith Formation Center.
Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm
Co-Chairmen Mike Gruhot and Leroy St Aubin give a BIG THANKS to those who helped toward the very successful Fall Pancake breakfast on Sept 15. This was one of the best turnouts for a fall breakfast in a long time.
You have received an email from Financial Secretary Mike Oney sent at the request of Jeff Yorde, Chairman of the Coats for Kids program through the UCAP center. We will have already had volunteers collecting the coats and barrels from the collection points in Lyon County but assistance is needed for distribution of coats to the kids.
The distribution schedule is: Tuesday – Oct 8 Open 3 pm to 8 pm Thursday – Oct 10 Open 3 pm to 8 pm Saturday – Oct 12 Open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
If you are free during the distribution schedule please contact Jeff Yorde at 537-1825 or email@example.com and he will let you know the hourly schedule.
TMIY (That Man is You) continues their weekly meetings on Friday mornings in Carlin Hall at 5:45 am. Program concludes at 7 am allowing time to attend the morning mass.
This is an early reminder that the 4th Degree meeting in November will be moved from the First Tuesday to another day and allow members the opportunity to exercise their right to vote on Election Day.
ALSO November 19 will be the annual 3rd Degree Memorial Mass and Meeting at the CRC chapel.
For charitable contributions to be considered by the council please send requests to Grand Knight John Trost at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact any of the other officers below.
